Madison pearl is partnering with a prominent federal entity in UAE for an opportunity to of Quality Assurance Specialist. The purpose of this role is to monitor and implement quality standards, KPIs, and SLAs to ensure service delivery meets established benchmarks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor quality standards, KPIs, and SLAs to ensure compliance with defined benchmarks and improve service performance.
- Analyse operational processes, identify inefficiencies, recommend improvements, and support risk mitigation initiatives.
- Conduct quality reviews, assess adherence to pension laws and operational standards, and provide recommendations for corrective actions.
- Manage customer complaints, analyse feedback, and support initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and service delivery.
- Prepare quality performance reports, analyse operational trends, track corrective actions, and support continuous improvement across departments.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Only UAE National will be considered.
