QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Engineering degree or experienced technician with HND/HNC and minimum of 15 years experience in the oil and gas industry.
Professional
Experience:
Around 10 years of experience associated with Quality Management inQuality AssuranceandQuality Control, coordination of quality activities within Engineering, Construction, Pipeline laying, Pre-Commissioning of UFR / SURF facilities in the Oil and Gas Industry.
Vocational qualifications:
Lead Assessors Course.
The ability to communicate well at all levels within the Company and to demonstrateleadership. In addition, the candidate must possess very good planning, presentation, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Familiar with General Specifications, EDMS, and relevant codes and standards.
Language:Fluent English.
Computer literate.
Strongleadershipskills and goodcommunication skills.
Ability to work on projects in a complex and multicultural environment.
Goodanalytical skills.
H2S OPITO and T-BOSIET trainings.
RESPONSIBILITIES
To organize and/or participate in Contractor/Sub-Contractor/Vendors qualification and follow-up Audits when necessary.
To support the Project work package teams to develop and implement the criticality assessment and COMPANY surveillance plans.
To support the Project work package teams to ensure contractors develop and implement adequate surveillance plans.
To be the focal point for Surveillance and TPI frame agreements, selection of inspectors, Service Order process, and Notification Of Inspection (NOI).
To review the inspection reports, report main information to concerned work packages, analyze and resolve issues and problems emerging during thequality controlactivity.
Ensure that all planned Surveillance and Test activities comply with the specified requirements.
Follow-up and tracking of the Deviation Requests, Corrective Action Requests (CARs), and Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs).
To implement KPI onQuality Controland Surveillance activities.
Participate in Contractor investigations of significant Quality failures and offshore/installation failures.
To report regularly to his hierarchical superior and carry out any other duty or task that may be assigned.
To review documentation from main Contractor and Vendor.
To provide feedback on Contractor, Vendor, and Surveillance/TPI agencies and implement recommendations for future projects.
To perform periodic meetings with Contractor Quality representative and Certifying Authority (CA) in order to assess progress and findings of the CA work.
The personnel when assigned the role of leader/approver in MANASA or the CMS, will be identified as the data steward/owner of the assigned documentation.
