Job Purpose
Lead and manage the company’s Quality Management System to ensure full compliance with internal policies, aviation fuel standards, and regulatory requirements. The role drives continuous improvement, audit readiness, and operational excellence across all departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of the Quality Management System across the organization
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable industry standards
- Plan and conduct internal audits and coordinate external audits, ensuring timely closure of findings
- Monitor performance through KPIs, reports, and risk assessments to drive continuous improvement
- Manage quality documentation, records, and reporting systems across all departments
- Support incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions
- Coordinate training and awareness programs to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external auditors to support quality objectives
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
- Minimum 7 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field, including leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems and auditing practices
- Experience in developing policies, procedures, and performance metrics
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- High attention to detail and commitment to compliance and continuous improvement
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- Fluency in Arabic and English
