Job Description:
TheQuality AssuranceManager will play a pivotal role in safeguarding the integrity and excellence by ensuring adherence to rigorous quality standards aligned with Saudi Vision 2030. This position involves the supervision and coordination ofdiversequality management activities, including periodic audits, beneficiary evaluations, performance report issuance, and operational process quality assessments. The role will require a proactive approach to data analysis and the ability to craft corrective action plans that fostercontinuous improvementacross various operational frameworks.
TheQuality AssuranceManager will collaborate closely withcross-functional teamsto support the achievement of organizational objectives, promote service accuracy, and guarantee effective service delivery, thereby enhancing the overall community welfare and aligning with our mission to leaddigital transformationthroughout the Kingdom.
Job Requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
A minimum of 3 to 6 years of experience in quality management or related roles.
Demonstrated expertise in quality management principles and framework, including a comprehensive understanding of ISO 9001 and Six Sigma.
Ability to conduct thorough audits and evaluations to identify compliance gaps and performance improvements.
Proficient in data analysis methodologies and tools such as Excel and Power BI for reporting and decision-making support.
Strongleadershipcapabilities with experience in managingquality assuranceteams and projects effectively.
Proven experience in developing and implementing corrective action plans based on performance analysis.
Excellentcommunication skillswith the capacity to engage and collaborate withcross-functional teamsand stakeholders.
Familiarity with performance indicators and ability to design and monitor KPI reports.
Strong organizational skills with an ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Job Responsibilities:
Oversee the periodic auditing of random samples from visit reports to ensure compliance with defined quality standards and identify areas for improvement.
Supervise the monitoring and assessment of beneficiary evaluations of researchers, issuing reports that guarantee service accuracy and quality adherence.
Lead the issuance of periodic performance reports that evaluate effectiveness against set objectives, aiming for continuous operational enhancement.
Monitor and analyze the periodic performance indicator reports, ensuring alignment with performance standards and best practices.
Supervise the detailed analysis of available data and generate comprehensive analytical reports to facilitate informed decision-making processes.
Evaluate the quality of operational outputs regularly to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in service delivery.
Develop and propose corrective action plans aimed at addressing identified performance gaps while ensuring the implementation of necessary measures for improvement.
Collaborate with various stakeholders to promote a culture of quality andcontinuous improvementwithin the organization.
Provide training and guidance to team members onquality assurancebest practices, fostering a deep understanding of quality frameworks and tools.
