Job responsibilities:
QA Engineers test code using various methods including manual test cases, test automation, and different testing tools.
They utilize black box, gray box, and white box testing techniques, understand software internals, debug using logs, and develop automated tests or user-level automation tools.
Work closely with Software Development Engineers to understand features and technical implementation.
Collaborate with Product Management, User Experience Design, and Customer Support to develop test plans that mimic real-world scenarios and regression tests.
Drive the development process towards quality-centric methodologies.
Minimum qualifications:
4+ years of quality assurance engineering experience.
Experience in automation and manual testing.
Experience as a QA lead on medium to large projects.
Proficiency with at least one automated test framework like Selenium or Appium.
Ability to gather test requirements, create detailed test plans, and define quality metrics.
