URGENT HIRING – QA ENGINEER

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced QA Engineer for our client in Abu Dhabi. The role will focus on project inspections, identifying and tracking defects/snags, ensuring timely rectification, and maintaining quality standards before unit handover to customers.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct inspections and identify project issues, defects, and areas for improvement.
Prepare and manage punch lists.
Review onsite inspection requests and ensure they are addressed within 48 hours.
Monitor and report daily/weekly progress and challenges.
Track recurring and major issues and escalate them when required.
Ensure all customer snags are attended to.
Verify completion and rectification of snags by contractors.
Escalate unattended or disputed snags and provide supporting evidence.
Maintain continuous updates on handover, snagging, and inspection activities.
Use relevant portals and systems for snagging, inspections, and reporting.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
3–5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, preferably within the construction industry.
Strong inspection, reporting, snagging, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to coordinate effectively with contractors and project teams.
