Job Objective:
Quality and Safety Specialist is responsible for conducting inspections and tests on incoming products to ensure compliance with quality and food safety standards.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare inspection reports and document test results according to established procedures.
- Identify deviations, analyze root causes, and implement corrective actions, isolate non-conforming products.
- Oversee cleaning and sanitation programs to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
- Verify product coding, metal detection systems, and perform scheduled tests.
- Ensure production of safe products and adherence to quality and food safety standards.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in food safety, food science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality and food safety.
- HACCP certification.
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and quality control systems.
- Flexibility and adaptability in the workplace.
