Key Responsibilities
- Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities) from drawings & specs
- Perform quantity take-offs for fit-out works (civil, finishes, joinery)
- Prepare cost estimates & budgets
- Handle tendering & subcontractor comparison
- Monitor project costs vs budget
- Prepare:
- Interim valuations
- Variations & claims
- Final accounts
- Evaluate subcontractor payments
- Coordinate with site, design & procurement teams
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying
- 2–5 years experience in fit-out projects (UAE preferred)
- Strong knowledge of:
- Interior finishes
- Joinery works
- Basic MEP
- Proficient in AutoCAD & Excel

Salary (UAE)
- AED 6,000 – 8,000 (based on experience)
