QHSE Officer (Mid-Career) Jobs in Ajman at Oscar Lubricants
Oscar Lubricants LLC is seeking an experienced and proactive QHSE Officer to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining and improving our Integrated Management System (IMS), ensuring compliance with international ISO standards, UAE regulations, and company QHSE policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and improve the Integrated Management System (IMS).
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
- Conduct internal audits and coordinate external certification audits.
- Monitor compliance with QHSE policies and legal requirements.
- Perform risk assessments, workplace inspections, and incident investigations.
- Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and employee awareness programs.
- Maintain QHSE documentation, records, and reports.
- Monitor environmental, health, and safety performance across the facility.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and promote a strong safety culture.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field.
- 4–5 years of QHSE experience in a manufacturing, chemical, lubricant, FMCG, or industrial environment.
- NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC) – Mandatory.
- ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor Certification – Mandatory.
- ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 Internal Auditor certifications are preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Integrated Management Systems (IMS) and ISO standards.
- Experience conducting internal audits and managing certification audits.
- Good understanding of UAE health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and report-writing skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
