Position: QHSE Manager (Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment) – Ready Mix Concrete

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of QHSE within the organization, ensuring compliance with local regulations and international standards.
- Develop and implement QHSE policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Conduct audits and inspections to identify potential hazards, risks, and areas for improvement
- Monitor and analyze QHSE performance data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement
- Provide training and guidance to employees on QHSE best practices and procedures
- Lead incident investigations and develop action plans to prevent reoccurrence
- Coordinate with external agencies and authorities on QHSE matters as needed
- Keep up to date with changes in QHSE regulations and industry best practices
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field
- Certified in QHSE management (e.g. NEBOSH, ISO 14001)
- Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in a similar role
- Familiarity with UAE QHSE regulations and standards
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
