1. ISO Knowledge: The candidate should be familiar with ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and ideally ISO 22301, and should have a strong understanding of ADOSH regulations.
2. Documentation Expertise: The candidate must have excellent documentation skills and be able to handle a variety of documentation tasks efficiently. Strong written and spoken English proficiency is essential.
3. Fire Fighting System Knowledge: A solid understanding of firefighting systems is required for the role.
4. Environmental Systems Knowledge: The candidate should have experience in environmental management systems, and it would be a bonus if they have experience dealing with hazardous substances.
5. Physical Fitness: The candidate must be physically fit to handle the demands of the role.
6. NEBOSH or IOSH Certification: Ideally, the candidate should hold NEBOSH IGC or IOSH Managing Safely certification.
7. Communication Skills: Strong communication skills are necessary to ensure effective coordination and information flow within the team.
