Job Description
- Identify and set Key Performance Indicators for measuring & controlling the process of Quality Control to ensure production of products with highest level of quality to meet the highest level of our customer satisfaction.
- Operate all steps and activities for a required production machine according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) or other instructions if applicable.
- Understand and effectively use standard equipment and office automation systems and software
- Test, inspect or benchmark predefined machine and process parameters in different QC labs, using simple to complex lab equipment, against performance and standard limits and according to engineering/procedural standards in order to uncover and address deviations from required specifications & standard limits and use the data to drive engineering and manufacturing process improvements to meet these specifications/standards.
- Inspect and test tools, spare parts, raw materials, work in progress, and finished products, using simple to complex lab equipment, against performance and standard limits and according to engineering/procedural standards in order to uncover and address deviations.
- Conduct or guide Root Cause Analyses (RCAs) on quality incidents or non-conforming products and suggest preventive and/or corrective actions.
- Monitor, collect and interpret a range of raw data from various sources, evaluate/analyze results and create reports to assist decision-making process in various aspects of work
