Job Type: Full-time
Ecommerce Executive: 2 years (Preferred)
· Manage our online sales channels, including our website, mails and other third-party marketplaces
· To manage entire product life cycle from listing till the time its purchased by the customer
· Should have full knowledge of market place, inventory management, product listing, and to generate reports – Should be able to communicate with the customer service of Amazon, noon, etc.
· Execute the sale of the product on various e-commerce platforms like Amazon, noon and other marketplace
· Product Listing on various ecommerce platforms
· Monitoring, managing and updating website content such as product listings, inventory updates, etc. Ensuring all product details are mentioned correctly
· Listing description content writing. Product market research and competition price checking.
· Must have experience – Amazon/noon marketplace.
· Implement effective digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, increase conversions, and boost online sales
· Analyze and interpret eCommerce performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes accordingly
· Stay up-to-date with the latest eCommerce trends, technologies, and best practices
· Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive online shopping experience
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as IT, operations, and customer service, to ensure smooth eCommerce operations
· Generate regular reports on key performance metrics and present findings to management
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From AED2,500.00 per month
