Job Responsibilities & Key Skills

  • Scaffolders – CISRS Level 2 Responsibilities:
    Erecting and dismantling scaffolding structures; ensuring safety and compliance with industry standards.

    Skills Required:

    CISRS Level 2 certification, safety awareness, and teamwork.

  • Scaffolding Inspector Responsibilities:
    Inspect scaffolding setups for safety and regulatory compliance.

    Skills Required:

    Knowledge of international scaffolding standards, reporting, and auditing experience.

  • Sheet Metal Fabricators Responsibilities:
    Cutting, shaping, and assembling sheet metal for various applications.

    Skills Required:

    Proficiency in blueprints, hand tools, and welding techniques.

  • HVAC Technicians Responsibilities:
    Installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of HVAC systems.

    Skills Required:

    Knowledge of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems; certification is a plus.

  • Rigging Supervisor Responsibilities:
    Oversee lifting operations, ensure rigging safety, and manage rigging crew.

    Skills Required:

    Leadership, rigging knowledge, safety certifications.

  • Rigging Foreman Responsibilities:
    Assist the supervisor, coordinate rigging tasks, and maintain safety protocols.
