Minimum Requirements:
Experience: A minimum of 8 years of proven experience in QA/QC roles within the Oil & Gas industry, with a strong understanding of quality standards, inspection protocols, and construction practices.
Key Responsibilities:
– Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
– Conduct the inspection and testing of materials, concrete, and systems to ensure compliance with quality standards prior to execution.
-Ensure that all materials used in construction meet the required specifications and are sourced from approved suppliers.
-Ensure that all QA/QC activities align with industry regulations, including those set forth by organizations such as API, ASTM, and ASME.
-Ensure that third-party inspection and testing services are conducted as required, managing their activities and integrating their findings into the overall quality program.
-Identify and document non-conformance reports (NCRs) related to construction activities, materials, and inspection processes.
-Carry out audits of construction processes, materials used, and workmanship against quality criteria, documenting findings and corrective actions.
