Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive QA/QC Snagging Engineer to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality mid and high-rise construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough inspections, identifying and documenting defects and incomplete works, coordinating snag rectification, and verifying final quality standards before project handover. The role requires strict adherence to approved drawings, technical specifications, and building codes while working closely with site teams, contractors, and subcontractors to achieve zero-defect delivery and maintain a culture of quality excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct inspections of completed works to identify defects, deficiencies, and incomplete items.
- Prepare and maintain snag lists, inspection reports, and quality records.
- Coordinate with contractors and site teams for timely snag rectification and closure.
- Verify corrective actions through follow-up inspections.
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor workmanship quality to support zero-defect project delivery and smooth handover.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in QA/QC inspection and snagging for residential, commercial, or high-rise construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, finishing works, and quality standards.
- Ability to identify defects, prepare reports, and manage snag closure processes.
- Familiarity with inspection procedures, quality documentation, and handover requirements.
- Good communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively with contractors, consultants, and site teams.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and commitment to quality excellence..

Pay: AED5,000.00 – AED12,000.00 per month
