Job Description
Responsibilities:
Lead the development and execution of the Quality Management Plan (QMP) to ensure alignment with ARAMCO standards (SAES and SAMSS).
Oversee quality assurance and control activities across all phases, including procurement, construction, and commissioning.
Conduct regular audits, quality reviews, and non-conformance reporting, and ensure resolution through corrective actions.
Ensure material inspections, vendor qualifications, and documentation align with ARAMCO specifications and project requirements.
Coordinate with client representatives for quality assurance audits and reviews.
Train and mentor the quality team, ensuring they are proficient in ARAMCO-specific standards and procedures.
Maintain detailed quality records and prepare reports for management and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical).
12–20 years of experience in quality management, with a minimum of 5 years on ARAMCO projects.
ARAMCO approval as a QC Manager is mandatory.
Certifications: ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, ASQ Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE) preferred.
Strong knowledge of ARAMCO engineering standards and procedures.
