QA QC Inspector – Saudi National Jobs in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia at WSP in the Middle East
Job Description
We are looking for a QA/QC Inspector with strong experience in storm water, drainage networks, utilities, and transport infrastructure projects
. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all construction activities are executed in accordance with approved specifications, standards, and quality requirements.
Responsibilities
- Conduct site inspections for storm water, drainage, utilities, and road infrastructure works
- Ensure construction complies with approved drawings, specifications, and method statements
- Review and manage WIRs, MIRs, and Inspection Test Plans (ITPs)
- Identify and close Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) with corrective actions
- Monitor contractor activities to ensure quality and compliance standards
- Inspect excavation, back filling, pipe laying, and utility installations
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and QA/QC teams on site
- Maintain QA/QC documentation, reports, and inspection records
- Support testing, inspections, and project handover activities
Qualifications
- Must be a Saudi National
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
- 2–8 years of QA/QC experience in infrastructure or utilities projects
- Hands-on experience in drainage, roads, or underground utilities
- Strong knowledge of ITPs, NCRs, WIRs, and MIRs
- Familiarity with Saudi Building Code (SBC) and local authority standards
- Registered with Saudi Council of Engineers (preferred)
- Experience working on site-based infrastructure projects in KSA
- Ability to read engineering drawings and coordinate with stakeholders
