Job Summary
We are looking for a QA/QC Inspector with a minimum of 4 years of experience in villa construction projects to join our engineering consultancy team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring site activities, conducting inspections, and ensuring that all construction works comply with project specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct routine site inspections for civil, structural, architectural, and finishing works.
- Verify that construction activities are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor material deliveries and ensure compliance with approved material submittals.
- Witness inspections and testing activities as per approved Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs).
- Prepare inspection reports, site observations, and quality records.
- Identify non-conformities and follow up on corrective actions until closure.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teams to resolve quality-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with project quality procedures and client requirements.
- Maintain proper documentation of inspections, approvals, and quality records.
- Support project engineers and QA/QC engineers in achieving project quality objectives.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 4+ years of QA/QC inspection experience in villa construction projects.
- Experience working with engineering consultancies in the UAE is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of construction quality standards, inspection procedures, and testing requirements.
- Familiarity with UAE building regulations and industry practices.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of 1–10 days will be preferred.
