Position: QA/QC Engineer (MEP Projects) – Al Futtaim Engineering

To ensure excellence inQuality Assuranceand Control throughout all operations, processes, and documentation of the company, the responsibilities include:
Ensure the completion of internal ISO Quality System Audits of departments and sites.
Assess and implement total quality management system throughout the company.
Deliver materials related to quality to sites.
Assist other companies under the Group with obtaining ISO certifications.
Coordinate with external certification bodies during external audits.
Collect installation reports done by third-party quality inspections from Bureau Veritas.
Lead quality award andrecognitioncampaigns by implementing best quality practices with internal business excellence teams and external consultants.
Collect feedback from main contractors, consultants, and project representatives regarding the efficiency of site installations.
Analyze customer survey feedback and propose corrective actions related toquality control.
Prepare specialized reports on Facilities Management customers’ feedback for the Senior Executive Director.
Conduct random quality checks and surprise visits to the Ducts division.
Internal Work Relationships within Group:
All departments of M&E and Project sites: departmental and site procedures, training requirements, internal audits conducted, non-conformities reported to departments and project sites.
External Work Relationships:
ISO Certification agency: external quality management audits.
