QA/QC Engineer – Geotechnical Laboratory Jobs in Dubai at FGC Contracting LLC
Falcon Group is seeking an experienced QA/QC Engineer with a strong background in geotechnical and construction materials testing laboratories. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with ENAS/EIAC accreditation audits, ISO/IEC 17025 requirements, and laboratory quality management systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain the laboratory Quality Management System (QMS).
- Ensure compliance with ISO/IEC 17025, ENAS, and EIAC accreditation requirements.
- Prepare for and coordinate internal, external, and accreditation audits.
- Review quality records, SOPs, test methods, and calibration documentation.
- Conduct internal audits, corrective actions, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with ASTM, BS EN, AASHTO, and other applicable standards.
- Coordinate with laboratory teams to maintain quality and technical competence.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in QA/QC within a geotechnical/construction materials testing laboratory.
- Proven experience handling ENAS/EIAC accreditation audits and ISO/IEC 17025 compliance.
- Strong knowledge of laboratory quality systems, documentation, and technical audits.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
