QA/QC Engineer – EPC Power & Water (Combined Cycle/Co-Generation Power Plant)

They undertake major Civil, Infrastructure and Power Projects which include Design, Engineering, Procurement, Installation, Commissioning, Operation and Maintenance of Power Stations, Pumping Stations, Oil and Gas Pipelines, Refineries, Desalination Plants, Major Housing Projects, Commercial Buildings, as turnkey EPC Contractor, Prime Contractor and Major Sub-Contractor.
Project: EPC Project – Combined Cycle/Cogeneration Power Plant
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
· 7 – 10 years’ QA/QC experience in EPC power plant projects.
· ISO 9001 or similar quality certifications.
· Knowledge of QA/QC procedures and quality management systems.
· Ensure the quality of materials, equipment, and workmanship during the EPC phases of the power plant project, in compliance with specifications and industry standards.
Job Objectives
· Implement and monitor QA/QC procedures during construction and installation.
· Conduct inspections and tests to verify quality standards.
· Manage QA/QC documentation and maintain records of inspections and non-conformance reports (NCRs).
· Monitor contractor and supplier performance for quality compliance.
· Assist in developing and enforcing quality assurance plans.
· Report on quality performance and resolve any non-conformance issues.
