Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive QA/QC Engineer with a minimum of 4 years of experience in industrial projects to join our engineering consultancy team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all project activities comply with applicable quality standards, specifications, client requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain the Project Quality Management System.
- Review project specifications, drawings, method statements, and inspection test plans (ITPs).
- Conduct inspections and quality audits to ensure compliance with approved standards and procedures.
- Monitor site activities and verify that construction works are executed according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Prepare and maintain quality-related documentation, reports, inspection records, and non-conformance reports (NCRs).
- Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and clients regarding quality requirements and corrective actions.
- Ensure proper material inspections, testing, and approval processes are followed.
- Participate in internal and external quality audits.
- Monitor corrective and preventive actions and verify their effective implementation.
- Support project teams in achieving quality objectives and client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or a related Engineering discipline.
- Minimum 4+ years of QA/QC experience in industrial projects.
- Experience working in engineering consultancy or construction environments.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems, inspection procedures, and industry standards.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 requirements and quality documentation.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and quality reporting tools.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of 1–10 days will be preferred.
