JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented QA/QC Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that construction activities comply with project specifications, quality standards, and applicable regulations while maintaining the highest level of workmanship.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
- Prepare and submit Inspection Requests (IRs), Material Inspection Requests (MIRs), and QA/QC documentation.
- Monitor construction activities and identify quality issues.
- Coordinate inspections with consultants, clients, and subcontractors.
- Review materials and workmanship to ensure compliance with approved standards.
- Prepare NCRs and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
- Maintain quality records, reports, and project documentation.
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards and company quality procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
- Minimum 3–5 years of QA/QC experience in the construction industry.
- UAE/GCC contracting experience is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of construction standards, QA/QC procedures, and inspection processes.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Pay: AED3,169.75 – AED11,403.75 per month
