QA/QC Engineer Jobs in Abu Dhabi at INCRAFT Decoration Work L.L.C
· Preparation of QA/QC Documents: Assumes responsibility for meticulously preparing and reviewing all QA/QC documentation for the project, including Project Quality Plans (PQP), Inspection Test Plans (ITP), Method Statements (MS), certificates, calibration reports, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports, and other pertinent documents, ensuring comprehensive compliance and documentation traceability.
· Ensures the Project Quality Documents available at the site are of the latest revision.
· Preparation and control of project quality system management documentation prior to project commencement.
· Coordinate all QA/QC activities with the site execution team prior to inspection activities.
· Issue of site observations and non-conformance reports and track all non-conformance reports & undertake remedial action.
· Ensuring the coordination and resolution of any External/Internal nonconforming or Site Instructions by reviewing QA/QC systems in accordance with contractual requirements.
Qualifications Requirements
· At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
· Knowledge and experience in Quality Management Systems (IMS), with a comprehensive understanding of project processes and execution.
· Possesses excellent proficiency in civil engineering, quality assurance, and quality control systems; proficient in software such as AutoCAD, MS Office, and ERP systems
· Familiar with relevant industry codes, standards, and regulations, ensuring compliance in all project phases.
· Ability to Work closely with QA/QC Managers, project managers, engineers, and architects, demonstrating the ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
· Manages multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizes work efficiently, and adheres to deadlines while upholding high quality standards. Ability to perform effectively under pressure, meeting challenging targets and strict deadlines.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills, crucial for effective interaction with project teams, subcontractors, and consultants.
Education Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
· Proficiency in AutoCAD / MS Office / ERP Software
· Familiarity with Engineering Codes / Standards / ISO standards (IMS).
