Al-Kuthban Engineering Consulting & Project Management is seeking QA/QC Inspectors for a water and wastewater network repair and maintenance supervision project in Jeddah.
The role will primarily involve reviewing completed work orders through the National Water Company’s WFM system and verifying that all works meet the required quality standards before approval and final closure.
Key responsibilities include:
• Review completed water and wastewater network work orders through the NWC WFM system.
• Verify work-order information, site photographs, inspection records, test results, and supporting documents.
• Ensure compliance with NWC requirements, approved technical specifications, procedures, and quality standards.
• Verify the quality of excavation, pipeline repairs, backfilling, site reinstatement, and asphalt works.
• Approve compliant work orders or return incomplete and noncompliant work orders for correction.
• Follow up with site inspectors and contractors until all observations are properly resolved.
• Identify recurring quality issues and prepare nonconformance and corrective-action reports.
• Monitor work-order closure quality and relevant project performance indicators.
• Maintain accurate QA/QC records and prepare periodic quality reports.
• Conduct field-verification visits when required.
• Coordinate with the Project Manager, Site Engineers, Site Inspectors, contractors, and relevant NWC representatives.
