Overview: We’re seeking an enthusiastic Real Estate Agent to oversee all aspects of property transactions, from listing to closure. You’ll act as a trusted advisor for clients, assisting them in buying, selling, and renting properties in Abu Dhabi. Your mission will be to deliver an outstanding experience tailored to each client’s needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Properties: Advertise properties for sale or rent using platforms such as online listings, social media, and traditional advertising.
Client Engagement: Build rapport with clients, understanding their goals and offering personalized solutions.
Property Tours: Organize and lead property viewings, ensuring clients have access to comprehensive property details.
Market Insights: Stay informed about real estate trends, pricing, and market conditions in Abu Dhabi.
Negotiation Support: Assist buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants in reaching agreements that satisfy all parties.
Transaction Management: Draft, review, and manage documents for contracts, leases, and agreements.
Regulatory Compliance: Adhere to local property laws, including registration and ownership transfer procedures.
Networking: Cultivate relationships with developers, contractors, mortgage providers, and other industry professionals.
Sales Achievement: Aim to meet or surpass defined sales goals and benchmarks.
Qualifications:
Education: A bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is advantageous.
Experience: At least 2 years of experience in real estate or a comparable role.
Licensing: Must hold a valid real estate license approved by Abu Dhabi authorities.
Skills: Proficiency in negotiation, communication, and interpersonal relations. Familiarity with real estate technology and digital marketing.
Languages: Fluency in English is a must; Arabic is a plus.
