Our client, a leading local contractor who has an outstanding reputation for success and who has worked on some of the most prestigious large scale building and infrastructure projects in the UAE and Gulf region is currently seeking a QA Manager to join them based in Qatar.
Responsibilities
- Implement a Quality Assurance programme at project level for large scale landmark building projects which includes major high rise and airport schemes. Duties will include setting up a Quality Assurance Plan/Procedures, enforcing the QA System on main subcontractors, conducting regular audits, leading the QA/QC team on site and coordinating QA/QC matters with the client’s team.
Requirements
- Minimum of 15+ years experience as a qualified Engineer, with a minimum of 5+ years experience as a QA/QC Manager on large scale projects with a tier one main contractor.
- Previous Middle East experience is preferred but not essential.
