Job Overview:
The Swimming Pool Project Coordinator (Mechanical Engineer) is responsible for coordinating and overseeing the technical and mechanical aspects of swimming pool projects. This role ensures the successful completion of projects from design through to implementation while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
· Assist in planning and organizing swimming pool construction projects, ensuring all mechanical systems (e.g., filtration, circulation, heating) are accurately designed and implemented.
· Liaise with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
· Prepare and review project schedules, timelines, and budgets.
· Monitor project progress and report on key milestones, delays, and risks.
· Provide mechanical engineering expertise in designing pool systems, including filtration, pumps, heaters, and water treatment systems.
· Ensure mechanical designs comply with local regulations, codes, and industry standards.
· Conduct technical assessments and suggest improvements to designs or systems.
· Conduct regular site visits to ensure adherence to project plans, timelines, and mechanical specifications.
· Address any on-site issues related to mechanical systems and resolve them promptly.
· Collaborate with contractors to ensure proper installation of mechanical equipment, ensuring quality and safety.
· Coordinate procurement of mechanical equipment and materials, ensuring cost-effectiveness and high quality.
· Track project expenses and work to stay within budgetary constraints.
· Ensure that all mechanical installations meet health, safety, and environmental regulations.
· Conduct risk assessments and manage safety protocols during project execution.
· Maintain accurate project documentation, including design specifications, material logs, and progress reports.
· Prepare regular updates for senior management and clients on project status, issues, and resolutions.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
· 1- 2 years of experience in project coordination within the mechanical engineering or construction industry, ideally in swimming pool design or similar infrastructure projects.
· Proficient in AutoCAD and other design software.
· Strong understanding of mechanical systems, including pool filtration, heating, and pumping systems.
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
· Strong communication and organizational skills.
Preferred Skills:
· Experience with swimming pool construction and maintenance.
· Knowledge of local building codes and regulations related to swimming pool design and construction.
· Project management certification (e.g., PMP or similar) is a plus.

Pay: AED3,000.00 – AED4,000.00 per month
