Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions to guests
Manage reservations and room assignments accurately using hotel software
Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints, resolving issues effectively
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure rooms are ready for guest arrivals and maintain cleanliness standards
Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions
Assist with administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and filing paperwork
Uphold the hotel’s standards for customer service and guest satisfaction at all times
Collaborate with other hotel staff to create a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests
