Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
- 5–8+ years of QA experience, with at least 3+ years in Dynamics 365 CRM testing.
- Strong knowledge of CRM Sales, Service, and Marketing modules.
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, EasyRepro, Selenium, or similar tools.
- Good understanding of SQL queries for data validation.
- Ability to write detailed test cases and perform end-to-end testing.
- Strong communication skills; ability to work with cross-functional teams.
