Job Description
We are seeking adynamicand detail-oriented individual to oversee the efficient and accurate organization of goods within our warehouse facilities as the Putaway Head. This role requires excellentleadershipskills, a strong understanding ofinventory management, and a commitment to maintaining optimal warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities
Warehouse Operations Management:Oversee and coordinate the putaway process to ensure timely and accurate placement of goods into storage locations.
Inventory Accuracy:Monitor and maintaininventory accuracythrough regular audits and implement corrective measures when discrepancies occur.
StaffLeadership:Lead, train, and develop the putaway team to achieve operational excellence and meet performance targets.
Process Improvement:Identify opportunities to streamline putaway processes and optimize warehouse layout for improved efficiency.
Safety and Compliance:Ensure adherence to safety standards and company policies to maintain a secure and compliantwork environment.
Essential Skills and Competencies
Leadership Abilities:Proven experience in managing teams with the capacity to motivate and drive performance.
Inventory Management Skills:Comprehensive understanding of inventory control systems and best practices.
Organizational Skills:Highattention to detailand the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in afast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse operations or a supervisory role within a similar environment.
Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) andinventory trackingtechnologies.
Experience in leadingprocess improvementinitiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency.
Commitment to fostering a culture of safety andcontinuous improvementwithin the team.
