Follow up with suppliers on purchase orders and obtain accurate delivery status updates and ETAs.
Expedite orders to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
Communicate potential delays, shortages, or supply issues to the procurement team and relevant stakeholders.
Coordinate with warehouse personnel regarding incoming deliveries and material receiving activities.
Update and maintain delivery schedules, procurement trackers, and order status reports.
Monitor open purchase orders and maintain regular follow-up until order completion.
Assist in resolving delivery discrepancies, quantity issues, and documentation-related concerns.
Maintain supplier communication records and procurement documentation.
Support the procurement department with administrative and operational tasks.
Pay: ﷼6,000.00 – ﷼8,000.00 per hour
