Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in end-to-end recruitment, sourcing top talent, and managing client relationships. As part of a fast-paced recruitment agency, you will be responsible for finding the right candidates for various industries while ensuring a seamless hiring process.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates.
Utilize various sourcing methods, including job portals, social media, networking, and headhunting.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for different job roles.
Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
Conduct reference checks and coordinate interview schedules.
Negotiate salary offers and manage the onboarding process.
Maintain an up-to-date database of candidates and job openings.
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and recruitment best practices.
Requirements:
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within an agency environment.
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, recruitment platforms, and candidate evaluation.
Experience hiring for multiple industries such as Oil & Gas, Construction, IT, Healthcare, and Hospitality is a plus.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet recruitment deadlines.
Proficiency in using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and job portals.
A bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field is preferred.
