Job Summary
The Purchasing Executive is responsible for processing Purchase Orders based on properly completed purchase requests. Also, sourcing and maintaining relations with suppliers under the guidelines set by the Hotel’s policies and procedures.
As a Purchasing Executive, we rely on you to,
Purchase Order Preparation on Daily basis based on the requisition
Maintain Reference & Filing system for the department.
Assisting SL Purchasing on Emergency Purchases
Everyday Follow up on Pending orders on Perishables & MFP items
Assisting SSM on getting Three quotations
Market Survey
New Vendor Development
Other Duties as assigned.
What We Are Looking For
Minimum 1 years’ experience in performing purchasing functions for a large company preferably a hotel.
Ability to work long hours and shifts.
Communicates and writes with fluency in English (as well as the Arabic language)
Computer Knowledge.
