Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dubai for a Purchasing Coordinator. The Purchasing Coordinator will be responsible for:
1.     Preparing and managing monthly OPSI report for all brands
2.     Issuing the Proforma invoices from suppliers and creating related purchase orders
3.     Match Proforma invoices prices, quantities and other terms with agreed business plan
4.     Following and ensuring timely payment to suppliers by coordinating with finance dept
5.     Following production and arrange for inspection & shipment to be in line with agreed delivery plan and vessel schedule
6.     Prepare and share the load request and follow on shipment arrival and clearance from the port till reaching final destination
7.     share loading / shipping documents with related department of the company and ensure arrival of quantities as per agreed allocation for each region / warehouse
8.     Report any product shortages and damages upon containers arrival to warehouse and raise claim report
9.     Sharing monthly claim / defect report with suppliers and following on corrective action for future shipment
10.  Responsible on spare part ordering and delivery as confirmed by SVC team
11.  Coordinate and follow up with design team to provide required materials and ensure delivery time of artwork within agreed deadline
12.  Get monthly price update from different suppliers across different product categories and prepare price / spec comparison before confirming the orders
13.  Prepare and share monthly report to suppliers covering the company sales / stock situation, marketing activities and raising monthly claim and DN to suppliers
