Purchasing Clerk Responsibilities Source quotations from suppliers to ensure purchases are made in the best interest of the company
Process assigned purchase orders
Perform market surveys, including competitor hotels, and make comparisons with current suppliers’ prices to ensure competitiveness
Maintain and regularly update vendor profile files to comply with CSR, ISO 14000, ISO 22000, and SFSMS requirements
Prepare weekly/monthly reports
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
Communicates and writes with fluency in English Effectively and professionally communicates with customers
Has preferably worked in a Purchasing Department of a 5
* luxury international hotel
Excels at organisation and has strong planning skills
Is a critical thinker and problem-solver
Is knowledgeable about Microsoft Office, Check
SCM, or any supply chain management system
