Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-driven Purchasing Assistant to support our procurement team in managing supplier relationships, purchase orders, and inventory coordination. If you’re analytical, organized, and interested in the world of food trade and supply chain, this is a great opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing and processing purchase orders and procurement documentation
- Coordinate with local and international suppliers to follow up on orders and deliveries
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier information
- Track stock levels and support inventory monitoring activities
- Communicate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Support the preparation of procurement reports and comparative pricing analyses
- Assist in managing import documentation and customs coordination
Requirements
- Saudi National (Female applicants only)
- Valid Saudi driving license
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Office suite
- Attention to detail and strong numerical ability
- Good communication skills in Arabic, English is an advantage
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
