Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in the Riyadh Region for a Purchasing Assistant. The Purchasing Assistant will be responsible for managing purchasing processes, handling purchase orders, and ensuring the efficient procurement of goods and services. Daily tasks will include liaising with suppliers, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the procurement team to meet company objectives.
Qualifications
Experience with Purchasing Processes and Purchase Orders
Proficiency in Procurement and Purchasing
Strong Communication skills
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field is a plus
Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
