Requirements

Candidate should have their own Sponsorship
Position is in our Factory in Hamriyah Free Zone, Sharjah.
Candidate must be living or willing to move to Ajman or the nearest Area.
Company transport can be provided if Candidate is living in Ajman Rashideya.
NOC will be required from Sponsor to issue Labor Permit
Salary is non-negotiable, Please apply only if accepted.

Responsibilities

To Have complete knowledge of Tally ERP 9.
Should be Proficient in MS Office Applications like Word, Excel and Outlook.
Monitoring daily communications and answering any queries.
Managing basic office administrative tasks including filing, printing, reporting and emailing.
Working with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers and journals.
Maintaining bookkeeping and office accounting needs.
Recording and filing cash transactions.
Invoice processing and filing.
Processing expense requests for the accountant to approve.
Liaising with third party providers, clients and suppliers.
Updating and maintaining procedural documentation.
Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary.
Comply with financial policies and regulations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,500.00 – AED2,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
