- Should have experience with purchasing techniques, logistics and operations.
- Should have strong knowledge and network of local suppliers
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment; effectively manage time and meet deadlines with limited supervision
- Technical knowledge of basic computer systems & MS Office
- Ability to communicate in English and Arabic
- Excellent, proven interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
