Roles & Responsibilities
· Receiving MR from ourproject in charge.
· Analysis of material required.
· Getting minimum3 quote from the supplier or vendors.
· Negotiation with supplierfor the rates.
· Negotiate of materials & suppliers.
· Evaluationof quotations.
· Obtaining approval from Dep heads.
· Preparing LPOand issuing LPO’S to vendor.
· Follow up for material with allsupplier’s vendor.
· Overall coordination with Warehouse for all thedeliveries.
· Ensuring material receipt s per LPO.
· Collectinginvoice to submitting to accounts department.
· Finding newsuppliers in the markets to make the procurement efficient.
· Tomanage and maintain good relationships with local and internationalsuppliers.  Key Skills  Sales Data
