Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic Operations Manager / Sr. Executive to oversee daily business operations, ensuring smooth service delivery while also managing key HR functions like hiring and training. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, operational expertise, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Operations (60%)
Oversee and manage day-to-day operations to ensure smooth service delivery.
Coordinate with customer service, field staff, and logistics teams to maintain efficiency.
Implement process improvements to enhance operational productivity.
Monitor service quality and resolve any operational issues proactively.
2. Hiring & Training (25%)
Work closely with HR to recruit and onboard skilled beauty professionals.
Arrange training programs to maintain high service standards.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance for all new hires.
3. Admin & Accounting Support (15%)
Assist in managing budgets, invoices, and operational expenses.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Support general administrative tasks as needed.
Ideal Candidate:
✅ Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in operations, preferably in an on-demand service industry (beauty, cleaning, wellness, or home services).
✅ Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
✅ Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using ERP and scheduling systems.
✅ Attitude: A go-getter mindset with a focus on efficiency and customer satisfaction.
✅ Availability: Must be based in Dubai or willing to relocate.
