Job Description:
India Metro Hypermarket is seeking an experienced Night Auditor to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in hotel operations or a similar role, with a focus on handling guest check-ins, check-outs, and performing night audits.
Responsibilities:
Perform night audits by reviewing financial reports and ensuring accuracy.
Handle guest check-ins and check-outs.
Manage reservations and handle guest inquiries.
Ensure that all daily transactions are recorded correctly and prepare reports for the next day.
Assist in managing cash and billing processes.
Provide excellent customer service and address any guest concerns.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role (Night Auditor or Hotel Front Desk).
Basic knowledge of MS Excel for data entry and report preparation.
Immediate joiner preferred – candidates who can start right away are encouraged to apply.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
