Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Pre-Sales Executive to join our team in the UAE. The role involves generating leads, engaging with potential customers, and assisting the sales team in promoting and selling our bottled drinking water products. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of customer needs to provide the best solutions.
Key Responsibilities:Lead Generation & Customer Engagement:
Identify and qualify potential customers through market research, cold calling, and networking.
Approach businesses, households, and retail stores to introduce and promote bottled drinking water products.
Maintain a database of potential clients and schedule product presentations and meetings.
Product Consultation & Demonstrations:
Educate customers on the benefits of the company’s bottled drinking water.
Conduct product demonstrations and sampling campaigns to attract new customers.
Address customer queries regarding product quality, pricing, and delivery services.
Sales Coordination & Support:
Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth lead conversion.
Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and agreements for potential clients.
Follow up on inquiries and ensure a seamless transition from pre-sales to post-sales.
Market Research & Reporting:
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Collect customer feedback to improve sales strategies and enhance customer experience.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM software.
Requirements:
Experience: 1-3 years in pre-sales, sales, or customer service (preferably in bottled water, FMCG, or beverage industries).
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Skills:
Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
Ability to explain product benefits and handle customer objections effectively.
Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Languages: Fluency in English is required; Arabic or Hindi/Urdu is a plus.
UAE Driving License is preferred for client visits.
