Purchase Assistant Jobs in Dubai at Lime Concepts
We are looking for a Purchase Assistant with experience in consumer electronics, lifestyle products, telecom accessories, or related retail distribution sectors. The role involves supporting the procurement process by researching vendors, managing purchase orders, tracking deliveries, and coordinating with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and evaluate new and existing suppliers.
- Request quotations and negotiate pricing and terms.
- Assist in new product listing and ongoing product monitoring.
- Track projects and prepare related reports.
- Create and manage purchase orders.
- Maintain procurement records using MS Excel, MS Project, and Microsoft Dynamics.
- Coordinate with design and logistics teams for project updates.
- Monitor inventory levels and plan appropriate delivery schedules.
- Work with the warehouse team to ensure products arrive in good condition.
Requirements:
- Experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably in CE, lifestyle, or telecom accessory sectors.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel; familiarity with MS Project and Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and procedures.
