Position Overview:

As the Front Desk Receptionist at Xstrike, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and employees. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining a welcoming and professional atmosphere at our office. You’ll handle a variety of administrative tasks, provide excellent customer service, and ensure smooth operations at the front desk.

Key Responsibilities:

Greeting Visitors: Welcome and assist guests, clients, and employees with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Managing Calls: Answer and direct phone calls in a courteous and efficient manner.
Handling Correspondence: Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Scheduling: Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
Administrative Support: Perform general office duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
Reception Area: Keep the reception area tidy and organized.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to all visitors and handle inquiries or issues as they arise.
Coordination: Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth internal communication and coordination.

Qualifications:

Experience: Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Customer Service: Strong customer service orientation with a professional attitude.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment (e.g., printers, fax machines).
Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
