Job Purpose:
To lead the strategic engagement with government entities by positioning and advancing advocacy priorities, influencing policy outcomes, and resolving regulatory challenges impacting the private sector. To enable effective public–private collaboration by facilitating access, dialogue, and partnership mechanisms that translate advocacy priorities into tangible outcomes, initiatives, and regulatory improvements.
➢bachelor’s degree in public policy, Government Affairs, Business Administration, or a related field.
➢ 7+ years of experience in public sector engagement, stakeholder management, or regulatory affairs.
Key Roles & Responsibilities / Tasks:
➢ Lead the design and execution of public sector engagement strategies aligned.
➢ Guide the development of position papers and recommendations based on insights gathered from Different channels.
➢ Lead the identification of emerging issues and future focus areas for advocacy efforts.
➢ Translate advocacy priorities into structured government engagement plans and actionable outcomes.
➢ Build and maintain strategic relationships with relevant government authorities, regulators, and public programs.
➢ Represent the official government forums, dialogues, and consultation sessions.
➢ Lead resolution of member issues related to licenses, regulations, and other public sector matters.
