The Role
We’re looking for a freelance PR Consultant to support a B2B tech client, with a specific focus on driving coverage in the UAE and wider Middle East.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll be responsible for delivering strong, high-quality media coverage across key regional business, tech, and broadcast outlets, working alongside a global agency team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead UAE-focused PR activity for a B2B tech client
- Drive proactive media outreach across key Middle East markets
- Secure high-quality coverage in top-tier regional publications
- Develop strong story angles, press materials, and commentary
- Manage media relationships and respond to inbound opportunities
- Advise on regional media landscape and cultural nuances
- Collaborate with global teams to ensure consistent messaging
What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience in B2B tech PR
- Proven track record of landing high-quality regional coverage
- Established relationships with key UAE and Middle East media, including titles such as:
- Khaleej Times, Gulf News, The National, Al Khaleej, Al Ittihad, Emarat Al Youm
- Asharq Al-Awsat and other leading pan-Arab titles
- Broadcast outlets such as Al Jazeera, Al Arabiya, Sky News Arabia
- Relevant trade titles such as SatellitePro ME, Via Satellite, Space News
- Confident operating in a fast-paced freelance / contract environment
- Strong writing skills across press releases, pitches, and commentary
- Ability to quickly get up to speed with a new client and sector
Nice to Have
- Experience working with UAE-based or regional tech companies
- Understanding of deep tech sectors
- Previous agency experience
