We are looking for a Public Relations Officer (PRO) based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, to handle government relations, visa processing, and compliance with Saudi labor laws. The ideal candidate will have experience in liaising with government authorities and must be fluent in both Arabic and English.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle all government-related matters, including visas, work permits, Iqama renewals, and labor contracts.
Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and regulations.
Process new and renewal visas for employees (residence permits, exit/re-entry, and final exits).
Maintain employee records, including Iqama, passports, and employment contracts.
Process commercial license renewals, company registrations, and business permits.
Build and maintain good relationships with government officials and external agencies.
Assist in external communications, such as responding to government inquiries.
Ensure all documentation is aligned with Saudi labor and immigration laws.
Stay updated on government policies and advise management on regulatory changes.
Requirements:
✅ Nationality:Saudi National (As per local hiring requirements)
✅ Education: Bachelor’s degree
✅ Experience:2+ years as a Public Relations Officer (PRO) in Saudi Arabia
✅ Languages: Fluent in Arabic & English (Speaking, Reading, and Writing)
✅ Knowledge of Government Portals: Must be proficient in using Muqeem, Qiwa, MOL, GOSI, and Chamber of Commerce portals
✅ Soft Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
✅ Other: Must have a valid Saudi driving license
Preferred Skills:
✔️ Experience working in corporate, legal, or HR roles
✔️ Familiarity with the NAFIS & Nitaqat Saudization programs
✔️ Strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws and visa processes
